"Ella." I call out to her as I walk forward over to where she is as a smug grin plays on my face. "Oh." She says As she turns around. "Blayze, hey" she says with a cheerful sounding tone to her voice as I grin looking down at her. "What brings you here on this fine, lovely morning?" I say, as I tuck my hands in the pockets of my blazer.
She turns her focus back near "cocoa's cafe" as I watch her every move, she points her fingers over to this alleyway corner that's close to the cafe and looks back at me. "Trying to figure— She pauses.
I look at her questionably as I arch my brow and step in closer, next to her so I'm towering above her and could see her pretty little flushed face.
She coughs as the grin on my face grows wider from how flustered she seems to be getting by me. "Figure?" I say, curiously. As if I don't know what occurred here.
Her eyes look back up at me. Gleaming brightly from the sunlight making my heart stop for a mere second.
What the fuck is happening?
"Ah" I say suddenly interrupting what she was about to say from the looks of her mouth opening after that sudden pause she made. I look down at the badge and smile, "Are you an officer?" I ask as she keeps her eyes glued on with my eyes. She nods and then snaps her focus, "h-how did you know that?" She says as a bubble of laughter escapes my mouth at her asking me such dumb questions. When it's rather obvious. I take my right hand out of my pocket and point around her neck with my index finger. "Ohh, yes I am, I'm sorry for that." I laugh at her sudden reaction as she finds out how I know she's an officer, gosh the faces this girl makes.. somehow I find it quite... interesting.

I ended up going into the cafe, yet again.
It really wasn't my plan first thing in the morning, I really don't like to drink caffeine as much. But I guess here we are.
Sitting down inside the cafe with detective Ella.
I knew all along what her true identity and what she does before asking, but it was a very fun experience asking her the things I already know, and getting that.. quite cute.. reaction out of her.
What the heck am I saying?
I grit my teeth out of frustration, and grab the cup of coffee sitting on the table. Sipping slowly. While Ella looks outside the window right next to her, her eyes squint as she moves her head left and right continuously, then her fingers move down to grab her cup of americano she lifts it up without looking at it and moves it closer to her mouth, taking a light sip.
I coughed trying to get us to start a conversation, since the both of us were rather quiet for the past 5 seconds.
She quickly snaps her head back at the sound of me coughing. "Are you okay?" She says, finally. She's the one who started the conversation after making none.
I shake off what she said, completely ignoring that she asked me something as I start asking her something. Something about that case she's ongoing. "So, was it a murder?" I ask, trying to hide the smug grin trying to take over my face.
She seems speechless as she looks at me, pinning me with a look of... fear?
I guess she isn't a tough officer. I hide the grin yet again.
"Ella?" I ask in a worried tone. She nods her head and gulps down another sip of americano, "yes, I believe so.. but I'm not exactly sure..I'm still on the process of figuring it out and to find the person behind all of this, the persons a fucking psycho!" She says as I lean back on my chair.
Psycho. Oh yeah? I bet he is.
"You believe it's a murder? And how is that? How can you know?" I ask as I point my finger to my chin and rub it, curiously. She then flips out photos from the crime scene scattering them on the table and points out to the images of the man I fucking killed, with an axe poking out of his skull. Fuck, this is exciting but I can't control my damn grin. The fact that she's showing me what masterpiece I created last night is making my blood fill with adrenaline. "Oh my. That's very horrible, how could someone have done something this brutal?" I say as I gasp looking at the photos and picking one of them up.
Ella keeps her focus on the rest of the photos on the table as I look at the photo on my hand and let out a smug grin.
